Improving Community Health
The Delaware Valley Cultural Competence Improvement Program is partially funded with a grant from the Aetna Foundation to the Health Care Improvement Foundation. The goal of the program is to reduce health disparities through a regional effort that focuses on what providers can do together to raise their overall level of cultural competency. The strategy will focus on organizational competency as well as individual competency and embed this educational effort within existing provider performance improvement activities.
